Edgy Bus Stop in Ferndale, MI (Detroit area)

Slick lime steel with hints of red and purple steel provide a place of respite on the first paved road in America. The bus stops was commissioned by Design Michigan and the City of Ferndale. Word has it that – back in the day – car companies shut down public transit systems so that residents had to fork it over for a car. But, now gentrification and urban renewal spread through the metropolis as Detroit rebuilds.
