Edgy and Yummy Concrete Bus Stops in Detroit

Slick lime with purple steel and fuchsia and orange concrete tuffets and give Detroiters a place to pause with a phone (and a donut). Built on the first paved road in America where Ford's Model T rolled off the line, to be exact, the bus stops were commissioned by Design Michigan and the City of Ferndale. Word has it that – back in the day – car companies shut down public transit systems so that residents had to fork it over for a car. But, now gentrification and urban renewal spread through the metropolis as Detroit rebuilds.
